About Teach

TEACH (Together Educating All Children in Hospitals) is an international not-for-profit organization that brings exciting, hands-on, educational programming to children in hospitals.

Our mission is to create an outlet for children of all ages to passionately engage with the sciences through the medium of fun, interactive experiments.

Online Platform

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and limitations on in-person volunteering instated by our hospital partners, TEACH has created a brand new online platform so that children can continue to enjoy our STEM modules. Volunteers from our different branches have created exciting video demonstrations for our module activities, which we upload to the platform. Hospitals can then display our videos on their CCTV systems or on tablets for pediatric patients to watch and enjoy. Interested hospitals can be onboarded for access, as well as get supplies shipped directly to them, so that the children can complete the experiments while watching the demonstrations. We have had a wonderful response from the hospitals that use the platform, and the children love it!

What People Have To Say About TEACH

  • David S. - Volunteer

One of the children screamed with joy “that this is the best day of their life!” and it was my favorite moment of volunteering so far!

  • Elisha Fogel - Volunteer

There is nothing better than making children in the hospital smile while doing something that I love.

  • Child Life Specialist

We received nothing but wonderful feedback about the volunteers and the elephant toothpaste experiments…You are truly leaders in the making!

  • Miriam Andrusier - Hospital Leader

We had a parent say to us today, ‘That’s the first time she’s smiled in days’. That’s a great feeling and makes it all worth it.

  • Child Life Director

Our children have certainly been impacted by this unique program. We are thrilled to have Project TEACH and appreciate their selfless contributions.
